Harvard Battery Warranty
Harvard Battery warrants its batteries to be free from defects in material and workmanship:
For a period of up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Harvard will inspect, test and replace any authorized return found to be defective.
A battery pack containing 80% of original capacity, after 12 months of use is considered normal and is not subject to warranty replacement.
Warranty is voided for the following:
- If the date code label is removed
- If the battery pack has been modified, improperly charged, improperly installed, neglected or misused in any way.
Warranty returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This can be obtained by contacting your Account Executive.
We reserve the right to charge 20% restocking fee on returns necessitated by errors on ordering.
Headset Warranty Coverage
For a period of up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Harvard will inspect, test and replace any authorized return found to be defective.
Warranty is voided for the following:
- If the serial number label is removed
- If the headset has been modified, neglected or misused in any way.
Warranty returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This can be obtained by contacting your Account Executive.
We reserve the right to charge 20% restocking fee on returns necessitated by errors on ordering.
Headset Repair Program
Any headset that is out of the 90 day warranty is eligible for our Repair Program. This program offers a flat fee $25.00 ea. per. headset plus any additional charges for parts that may be needed. We offer a quick turnaround on your repairs and have certified technicians on staff to answer any questions that you may have. Simply contact your Sales Executive to obtain proper forms, ship your items in and we take it from there.
Cables /Accessories
For a period of up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Harvard will inspect, test and replace any authorized return found to be defective.
Warranty is voided if the cable/accessory has been modified, improperly installed, neglected or misused in any way.
